Passionate About Females Getting in Formation and Taking Flight
The world is scary AF right now. Maybe you agree, maybe you don't. Maybe you sense the division in our country, maybe don't and you feel safe in your community surrounded by like-minded individuals. It doesn't really matter to us. We care about your experience, of course. But what matters to us is that you are interested in uniting with other women in service of our highest private and public well being. Women treating other women and themselves with more respect, learning from each other and healing the wounds of misogyny. That is our purpose.
We invite you to join us here regardless of your age, background, ethnicity, religion, occupation, sexual preference, and yes, even your political leanings. It is true that most of us consider ourselves feminist (seeing women as equal to men), and therefore are naturally left leaning. But we also see that the more we can unlearn internalized hatred of each other, the more we can heal the divide between us. Which is infinitely valuable for the progress of all women. Here, we value our differences and hope to learn from one another. The only thing we don't tolerate here for even a moment is hate speech. We hope to be all inclusive to all females and any transgender folk* who wish to be involved. We welcome ALL.
To be super clear, we welcome men too! Read all ya like. Follow our social media, support our endeavors! But as for the work we are specifically addressing here, it is simply ours and ours alone. So men, we wish you well, we stand beside your goodness and recognize your humanity. Now, please just refer a female friend and have a nice day. Okay? Thanks!
We are making a call for community on a large scale. Let's be safe places for each other.

The New Woman's Greatest Concerns - Getting Free Inside to Come Together and Create A New World
By working to heal ourselves and relationships with each other, we believe we will induce change throughout the world.
Simply put-

Our Goals between each other:
Putting down judgment
Engaging our curiosity
Seeking to understand
Willingness to learn
Cultivating compassion
Finding what unites us
Giving and also experiencing a greater sense of safety and support
NO lecturing, NO advice giving, NO invalidating any one else's experience

Our Goals within ourselves:
Developing a deeper awareness of our wounds and how they may cause us to interpret (or misinterpret) the world
Always connecting to a higher power/purpose before acting and reacting
Growing solid self esteem and in turn, a greater regard for our personal and all human beings' inherent, non-negotiable and unchangeable value
Healing old ways of thinking that cause division between myself and other women (ex: fear, judgment, self righteous anger, and other patriarchal undertones such as offense by bold words/attitudes, thoughts of competition for love or attention, sexual condemnation, not believing women's experiences or illnesses, etc etc and so on. We could write a freaking book...)
Finally - Experiencing a greater sense of confidence and ease within, no matter what!

Tolerance = Unity = Freedom

We know we are certainly not the only organization calling for uplifted conversation and unity. We are so stoked to have so many peers and super rad coalitions paving the way! Please contact us if you are one and feel we can benefit each other. We would love to connect with you and expand our network of lightworkers.
As an organization, we are not affiliated with any religion or political party. We are, however, spiritual seekers, reverent of wisdom from all great thinkers and perpetually devoted students of life. If you don't like the words, "spirit" "soul" or "higher power" you may experience a slight discomfort here, but you're really welcome to stay and engage anyway! And we hope you can enjoy the unity of community regardless of our ideas.
*To our trans friends, we hope this is a place you will feel welcome. We have been informed the words "girls" and "women" are gender words and some may possibly offend you. We are actively attempting to learn more in order to provide a safe community for you. It IS important to us. Our name is inspired and borrowed from a movement started in France in 1934 by the womens' rights activist Louise Weiss. To us, it is exciting to hope to redefine the word "woman" as something less about binary traits and more about focus on spirit, freedom and principles. If you want to be involved and feel so moved, we would love to hear from you with your thoughts on this. As always, we look forward to getting more woke!
